The SAMBA XLG was created with inspiration from the two major cultures of skateboarding and soccer.
An oversized version celebrating over 70 years of history
The SAMBA XLG is a model packed with the tradition and originality of SAMBA that has been passed down since the 1950s.
The shoe is based on the original design and expresses its strong connection to culture, such as its history as a futsal training shoe and the release of the SAMBA, which was inspired by adidas Skateboarding, which was founded in 1998.
This version incorporates all of the elements that made the original model so famous at the time, but is larger in size for greater comfort.
A pair of shoes with a classic look and attention to detail
It features a full-length EVA (synthetic fiber) drop-in that covers the ankle and a padded tongue. The tongue size has been made a little fuller to update the comfort.
The upper is made of high-quality suede, providing comfortable cushioning with every step.
Additionally, the jagged three stripes reminiscent of early Adidas create a classic look.
The side is engraved with a gold metallic SAMBA logo and features a thick midsole.
The toe area has a flat, hard core in a "T-toe" design, and the outsole is made of a highly grippy gum sole, creating a simple yet unique style.
This pair of shoes combines the classic feel of the past with a sporty gimmick for a lightweight feel.
